VIPClub Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and VIPClub ("VIPClub", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform available at vipclub-app.com. By accessing the VIPClub website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the VIPClub platform immediately. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a VIPClub account. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older. VIPClub takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a member is under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated prior to successful age verification may be withheld.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one VIPClub account only. You may not open a second account under your own name, under a different name, using a different email address, or using a different device or IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed through duplicate registrations will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

VIPClub is operated as an online gaming platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using VIPClub is lawful in your jurisdiction. VIPClub makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. If you access VIPClub from a restricted territory, you do so at your own risk and may have your account closed and funds returned if VIPClub determines your jurisdiction is restricted.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VIPClub login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person. VIPClub will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact VIPClub support immediately at support@vipclub-app.com.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

VIPClub may at any time request identity verification documents from any member. This process is commonly known as Know Your Customer or KYC. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a government-issued CNIC or passport, proof of address such as a utility bill, and documentation relating to the payment method used. VIPClub reserves the right to suspend withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. VIPClub reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee from the remaining balance of inactive accounts, where permitted. Members will be notified by email before any deduction is applied. The inactivity fee will not cause a balance to fall below zero.

4. Deposits

All deposits into your VIPClub account must be made through the approved payment channels listed on the deposits page. Accepted methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction. VIPClub does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your VIPClub balance once cleared by the relevant payment processor. In most cases this is immediate for mobile wallet methods. VIPClub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the VIPClub account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless VIPClub approves a change in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. VIPClub reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.2 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard banking hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. VIPClub is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors after funds have been dispatched from our system.

5.3 Withdrawal Holds

VIPClub reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for the purpose of completing KYC verification, investigating suspicious account activity, or ensuring that all wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been fully met. You will be notified if a hold is applied and given a clear explanation of what is required to release it.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

VIPClub offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. These Terms set out the general rules that apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden by a promotion's specific terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering multiple and qualifying games will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first during play.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or used in combination with other offers unless stated.
• VIPClub reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to an account.
• Any attempt to exploit a bonus through matched betting, arbitrage, or other systematic means will result in the bonus being voided and, potentially, the account being closed.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped as stated in the individual promotion terms.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on VIPClub are subject to acceptance by our system. VIPClub reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the maximum stake on any selection, or restrict the number of markets available to any individual account. Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet ID is generated. A bet placed but not confirmed due to a technical error is not a valid bet, and the stake will be returned.

7.2 Obvious Errors

VIPClub reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including but not limited to odds resulting from a technical glitch, a data feed error, or a human entry mistake that resulted in odds materially different from the fair market price at the time of the bet. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account. VIPClub will determine in its sole discretion whether an obvious error occurred.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, a market being settled in error, or a bet being placed after the event outcome was determined. Void bets result in the return of the stake only. No winnings are paid on voided bets.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules applicable to each sport. VIPClub may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension – particularly around key match events such as wickets, goals, or timeouts – may be voided if VIPClub determines the bet was placed with knowledge of an event that was not yet reflected in the odds.

8. Casino & Games

All casino games, live dealer games, poker rooms, and fishing games available on VIPClub use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated through live feeds from licensed studio providers. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by VIPClub.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information panel. These percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results. VIPClub is not responsible for losses incurred during normal game play where games are functioning as intended.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on VIPClub. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one VIPClub account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to transfer value to another account.
• Arbitrage betting: Using systematic methods to guarantee profit by exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts or false identities to claim bonuses more than once.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any software to automate betting or casino game decisions.
• Money laundering: Using VIPClub to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes after placing bets or withdrawing funds.

VIPClub cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspected illegal activity. Any funds that VIPClub determines were obtained through prohibited conduct may be permanently withheld.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.

VIPClub does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages may result in temporary unavailability. VIPClub will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime.

14. Amendments

VIPClub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified by email at the address registered to their account or through an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of VIPClub following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
